Agreement to Terms
By using A.P. Luxury Chauffeurs services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Chauffeur Services
We provide premium chauffeur and transportation services including:
- Airport transfers and pickups
- Hourly chauffeur services
- Special event transportation
- Corporate and business travel
- Wedding and celebration transport
Service Area
Our services operate primarily in Perth, Western Australia and surrounding metropolitan areas. Extended travel may be available upon request with additional charges.
Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email
- All bookings require advance notice (minimum 2 hours preferred)
- Airport transfers require 24-hour advance booking
- Special events require 48-hour advance notice
Booking Confirmation
- You will receive confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email
- Bookings are confirmed subject to availability
- We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
Changes and Modifications
- Booking changes must be requested at least 2 hours before service
- Significant changes may result in additional charges
- Route changes during service may incur extra fees
Pricing and Payment
Service Rates
- Rates are based on distance, time, and service type
- Airport transfers have fixed rates plus applicable surcharges
- Hourly services have a 2-hour minimum booking
- All rates include GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars
Additional Charges
- After-hours surcharge: 15% (10 PM - 5 AM)
- Weekend surcharge: 10% (Friday 6 PM - Monday 6 AM)
- Airport service fee: $15
- Extra stops: $15 each
- Wait time: $10 per 15-minute increment
- Child seats: $10 each
Payment Terms
- Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or invoice
- Invoice payments due within 14 days
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue invoices
- All payments processed securely through our payment partners
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours: Full refund
- 12-24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
Our Cancellations
- We may cancel due to extreme weather or safety concerns
- Vehicle breakdown will result in replacement or full refund
- Force majeure events may necessitate cancellation
Passenger Responsibilities
Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs
- No smoking, illegal substances, or illegal activities
- Excessive intoxication may result in service refusal
- Damage to vehicles will result in additional charges
Safety Requirements
- Seat belts must be worn at all times
- Children must use appropriate safety seats (available on request)
- Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
- Follow all instructions from your chauffeur
Liability and Insurance
Our Coverage
- Full comprehensive insurance on all vehicles
- Public liability insurance coverage
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Licensed and insured chauffeurs
Limitation of Liability
- Liability limited to the value of the service provided
- Not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
- Passengers travel at their own risk for personal belongings
- Force majeure events exclude our liability
Lost Property
We will make reasonable efforts to return lost items:
- Report lost items within 24 hours
- Items held for 30 days before disposal
- Reasonable costs may be charged for return shipping
- No liability for valuable items left in vehicles
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us:
- Personal information collected for service provision only
- Data protected under Australian privacy laws

- Marketing communications can be opted out at any time
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and communications is protected:
- Logos, branding, and content are our property
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited
- Customer feedback may be used for promotional purposes
Dispute Resolution
Complaints Process
- Contact us immediately for service concerns
- We aim to resolve complaints within 48 hours
- Escalation to management available if needed
Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Western Australian law
- Disputes subject to Perth court jurisdiction
- Australian Consumer Law protections apply
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms:
- Changes effective immediately upon posting
- Significant changes will be communicated to customers
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
